             A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONCEPT OF THE MASTER 
             PLAN FOR THE SOUTH CHICKAMAUGA CREEK GREENWAY

                  BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
        CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the concept of the Master Plan for 
        the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway as prepared in the Draft 
        Final Master Report by Greenways, Incorporated, dated February 
        20 1996, be and is hereby approved.
